Spectora’s Stance on Your Data

In light of recent shifts in the industry we thought our stance should be reiterated.

At Spectora we believe your data belongs to you.  We will never use your data or disseminate it to third-party services without your explicit permission.

This includes your client and agent contact information, report contents, and everything else that flows through our system.

Spectora is and always will be an inspector-first company.  Call us old-school, but we think it’s good business.  We listen to you.  We build our feature roadmap based off of what we’re hearing from you.  We always ask for feedback in our user group before adding new features and we’re willing to change course if we get something wrong.  Bottom line – we’ll always do what’s right by you to grow your business.

We started as just a clean and modern-looking report writer for a few beta testers just over a year ago.  Based on user requests, we added some email reminders and follow-ups.  Then some of you asked for automated agreements and integrated payments, which we quickly added.  Then business metrics.  Then texting.  Then an inspection request form.  By the time we launched in January we had a wealth of business tools to help you run your business.  And we’re constantly building more.  Right now we’ve prioritized working on a robust scheduling system and call center integration.
