Add-On Templates and Agreements

Now you can add templates and agreements automatically when a client selects an Add-On! Just select them here:

 

Zip Code Pricing Modifiers

Sometimes using distance-from-office isn’t always the best way to determine pricing. Now you can add additional fees or duration via zip codes! Just select it here and enter in the exact match you want it to apply to:

 

Taxes

Need to add GST, VAT, or other taxes to everything? Now you can! Just toss it in here and we’ll add the percentage on top of the total cost for the service. (If you live near a border, like US & Canada for example, you should set up separate services for each – one with tax and the other without.)

 

Show Pricing Details

If you’d like to take the mystery out of your pricing for your clients, now you can enable “Show Client Pricing Details” in your Online Scheduler Settings. It will display these details in the scheduler as well as your invoices:
