Does your state require a signature to be on the inspection report? We’ve added the ability to do that. Here’s how:
First, go to Settings->Company->Report Options and check “Display Inspector Signatures“:

Next, go to the Team link and click an inspector’s name to edit their profile. You’ll see a new field for Signature right under their photo. Upload an image (roughly 200 x 50 pixels) and save for each inspector.

When you’re in a report, you’ll see their signature in both the HTML and PDF versions:

(Old reports will require a PDF refresh.)

Does your state have specific requirements? Let us know so we can address them! (We hear you Texas – TREC support is coming soon!)
